A Product is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) if it reached the customer’s city but due to some reason the customer didn’t collect the product. RTO charge is flat INR 140.00. Under the new fulfilment policy if the product is shipped within 24 hours of order getting confirmed, this charge will be 0 for that order for the seller
